How can I track my order?Updated a year ago

After placing an order, you will first receive an order confirmation email that contains your unique order number. Then you will be sent a separate email notifying you the order has shipped. The shipping email will include your tracking number allowing you to monitor the order's progress. 

You can also track your order by logging into your account and clicking the orders tab. From there, click the "track order" button. Pro Tip: Check the order status in the top right to ensure it says "Fulfilled" and "Paid." If your order is unpaid, this could be the cause of the delay or the lack of a "track order" button. To quickly complete your payment from your account, click the "Order Status" button and then the "pay now" button.
